Kenosha, Wis. — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the sale of Windsor Pointe, a 13,965-square-foot, fully occupied multi-tenant retail center located in Kenosha, Wisconsin for $4.6 million.
Jeff Conover, senior managing director with Faris Lee, represented the seller, Windsor Pointe Investors. REI Advisors, who represented itself in the transaction, purchased the property.
