Cosmetic retailer Sephora will occupy 4,400 square feet, women’s clothing retailer Free People will occupy 4,000 square feet and Bailey’s Fine Jewelry will occupy 5,000 square feet. Winston-Salem, N.C. — SRS Real Estate Partners’ National Net Lease Group has arranged the $5.8 million sale of Shops at Stratford in Winston-Salem on behalf of the seller and developer, Encore Real Estate. The buyer, a locally based private investor, purchased the 13,500-square-foot, multi-tenant retail center in a 1031 exchange. Raleigh, N.C. — First Washington Realty has acquired Harvest Plaza, a 99,479-square-foot retail center in Raleigh. The seller and sales price were not disclosed, although Triangle Business Journal reports Capital Partners and York Properties sold the property for $21 million. Walgreens and Planet Fitness anchor the retail center, which is located at 9650 Strickland Road, 10 miles north of downtown Raleigh.

Charlotte, N.C. — Konover South LLC has acquired a six-acre parcel for $4.8 million with plans to develop a 32,000-square-foot retail center. Located near Charlotte Premium Outlets, Freeman Retail Crossing will include a national steak restaurant, banking, mobile services and healthcare tenants. Konover South plans to break ground in early 2020 and expects to deliver Freeman Retail Crossing in the second quarter of 2021. The land is located on Steele Creek Road near I-485 in southwestern Charlotte.
