Glen Allen, Va. — InvenTrust Properties Corp. has purchased Westpark Shopping Center, a 176,935-square-foot shopping center located in the Richmond suburb of Glen Allen, for $33.8 million.
Tysons Corner, Va. — Finmarc Management Inc. and its partners have sold a 40,000-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located in Tysons Corner for $31.1 million.
Virginia Beach, Va. — The location is adjacent to Virginia Beach Town Center.
Charlottesville, Va. — The center will be home to the second Dick’s Sporting Goods location in the market.
Greensboro, N.C. — Two restaurants in North Carolina and one in Virginia are serving as test models for the renovation plan.
Stafford, Va. — A Sonic restaurant and a new Hilton will be completed in 2015.
Farmville, Va. — The shopping center features tenants such as Rite Aid, Dollar General, Goodwill, Advance Auto Parts and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Washington – Leases were signed at the City Center and Mosaic Project developments, among others.
McLean, Va. – The 32,857-square-foot store is situated on 1.5 acres.
Herndon, Va. – Brandywine originally purchased the land for the mixed-use project in 2012.
