Atlanta – “Transit-oriented development is a major movement in cities across the U.S., and commercial real estate located in walking distance to transit stations has proven to outperform its peers,” Mullice says.
Atlanta – Colliers International Atlanta has named Rod Mullice senior vice president and national director of its new Transit Oriented Development (TOD) group. Mullice will lead the firm’s platform of advisory services focused on transit-oriented development in the top 20 transit markets in the United States. Mullice joins Colliers International from Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he was a managing director. The TOD group will offer strategic advisory and associated services to municipalities, transit systems, and developers and landlords. The group will target real estate opportunities within one-half mile of transit stations.
