Destin, Fla. — Continental Realty Corp., based in Baltimore, has acquired the 121,402-square-foot Plantation Commons, a grocery-anchored shopping center in Destin, for $13.3 million. The purchase price equates to $109.76 per square foot for the Class A property, which is 70.2 percent occupied.

Built in 2007, Plantation Commons is anchored by The Fresh Market. Additional tenants include Marshalls and HomeGoods. Casey Rosen and Cliff Taylor with CBRE’s capital markets group, along with Dennis Carson with the firms national retail investment group, represented the seller in the transaction.
