Adrian, Mich. — The Cooper Commercial Investment Group has arranged the $1.2 million sale of Adrian Plaza, an 8,000-square-foot shopping center in Adrian.
The Kohl’s shadow-anchored center was fully leased at the time of the sale to tenants including Sally Beauty, ProMedica Home Medical Equipment and a regional barbecue restaurant. Bob Havasi and Dan Cooper of Cooper Group represented the seller, a private investment group based in Ohio. An undisclosed private investor acquired the property.
