Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $15.8 Million Sale of Shopping Center in Las Vegas

Las Vegas — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $15.8 million sale of Paradise Marketplace, a 77,997-square-foot shopping center in Las Vegas.

Michael Hackett and Ryan Schubert of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Weingarten Realty. Al Twainy of Colliers International represented the buyer, Investment Concepts Inc. Smith’s Food & Drug anchors Paradise Marketplace, which was 91.5 percent leased at the time of sale. Additional tenants include fitness retailers, discount stores, cleaners, dental services and hair and nail salons.
