Destin, Fla. — The Dowd Cos. has brokered the $5.1 million sale of The Shoppes of Destiny, a 12,734-square-foot retail center located in Destin. The center was fully leased at the time of sale to five tenants including Avantgarde Salon, Beyond Fit, Bella Beach, Beautiful Lights and Kiki Rissa. John Dowd and Theresa Johnson of The Dowd Cos. represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer was a Destin-based local investor.
