Wells, Maine – Fantini & Gorga has arranged $2.3 million in first mortgage financing for the 35,400-square-foot Wells Corner Shopping Center in Wells, Maine. Casimir Groblewski, managing director, and Jason Cunnane, analyst, both of Fantini & Gorga, arranged the acquisition financing on behalf of Wells Corner Shopping Center LLC, a Maine company. The debt, a fixed-rate, five-year loan, was placed with a Massachusetts-based lending institution. Wells Corner Shopping Center is anchored by Wells IGA Food Market, with other tenants that include Dairy Queen, a laundromat and a family-style restaurant, among others. The shopping center was developed in 1978.
