San Francisco — Faris Lee Investments has arranged the $16.8 million sale of a 17,920-square-foot freestanding retail property triple-net-leased to CVS/pharmacy in San Francisco.
Jeff Conover and Thomas Chichester of Faris Lee arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Guilfoyl – Greenspan Trust. Dan Lem of LemRx Realty Advisors represented the buyer, First and Mission Properties LLC, in the 1031 exchange. The property was recently renovated and features rooftop parking and an adjacent street level parking lot.
