St. John Properties Signs Leases with Seven New Tenants at Valley Grove Near Salt Lake City

Pleasant Grove, Utah — St. John Properties has signed leases with seven new tenants at Valley Grove, a $1 billion, 128-acre mixed-use project under development in Pleasant Grove, roughly 35 miles south of Salt Lake City. The new tenants include Columbia Bank (3,100 square feet), Chicken Salad Chick (2,461 square feet), LongHorn Steakhouse (5,780 square feet), Mrakki Brow Bar (4,802 square feet), Only Crowns (1,238 square feet), Stella’s Ice Cream (1,991 square feet) and quickgreens (1,877 square feet).

Other restaurants and retailers at Valley Grove include Café Rio, Chick-fil-A, Da Cloud Boba Shoppe, Feather Hat Bar, The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Massage LuXE, MilkShake Factory, Panera Bread, Starbucks Coffee, Slim Chickens, Verizon Wireless, Wayback Burgers and Village Baker. A 34,000-square-foot Tesla dealership is also located at the complex.

Upon completion of Valley Grove, the project will comprise more than 1.5 million square feet of office, flex and retail space, as well as luxury apartments and a full-service hotel. The community currently features Grove Tower, a six-story building containing nearly 190,000 square feet of commercial office space; Valley Grove I, a six-story, 165,000 square foot building; and Valley Grove II and Valley Grove III, two five-story buildings comprising 140,000 square feet of space each.
