Franklin Street Brokers $14.8 Million Sale of 342,000-Square-Foot Shopping Center in McComb, Mississippi

McComb, Miss. — Franklin Street has brokered the $14.8 million sale of Uptown McComb Shopping Center, a 342,000-square-foot retail property located in McComb. Built in 1987 and renovated in 2023 and 2024, Uptown McComb was 96 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Hobby Lobby, Aldi, Bealls, Planet Fitness, Five Below and Ross Dress for Less.

Bryan Belk and John Tennant of Franklin Street represented the seller, Rockstep Capital, in the transaction. Coastal Equities was the buyer.
