New Orleans — Stirling Properties redeveloped the site, a former Borders bookstore, and leases and manages the property. It is owned by Stirling Forterra.
New Orleans — The Fresh Market Inc. will have four stores in Louisiana when its newest location opens in New Orleans on July 25.
The 24,800-square-foot store joins locations in Baton Rouge, Lafayette and Mandeville. The grand opening will feature chef demonstrations, food samples and gift card drawings.
Stirling Properties redeveloped the property, which was formerly a Borders. Stirling Properties also leases and manages the property owned by Stirling Forterra, LLC.
