St. Matthews, Ky. — Kaden Cos. has acquired Best Buy Center, a 220,000-square-foot retail center located at 5005 Shelbyville Road in St. Matthews, about eight miles from Louisville. The property will be rebranded as Saint Matthews Gateway and is home to tenants including Best Buy, Total Wine & More, Frontgate and DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse. The seller and sales price were not disclosed.
