Miami — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $18 million sale of West Sunset Square, a 67,974-square-foot shopping center located in Miami.
The fully occupied center is shadow-anchored by Walgreens, and is home to tenants including Dollar Tree, Planet Fitness, Valsan and Taco Bell. The property was acquired by an affiliate of IMC Equity Group. Kirk Olson and Drew Kristol of Marcus & Millichap represented the undisclosed, Miami-based seller in the transaction.
