Oak Lawn, Ill. — Marcus & Millichap has arranged the $4.5 million sale of Park Lawn Plaza, a 13-suite retail property in the Chicago suburb of Oak Lawn. The property, which was 84 percent occupied at the time of sale, spans 2.5 acres and totals 24,685 square feet. Tenants include Cutting Edge Salon, The Black Oak, Cicero Dental and Athletico Physical Therapy, according to LoopNet Inc. Adrian Mendoza, Sean Sharko and Austin Weisenbeck of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a local real estate investment company. The buyer was a local private investor.
