Justin Miller and Derek Hargrove represented the seller, a Houston-based developer, as well as secured the buyer, a private partnership. Developed in 2006, South Wayside Village is located in Houston’s inner loop, and includes tenants such as T-Mobile, Shipley Do-Nuts and South Texas Dental.
