Mid-America Brokers Sale of Oak Pointe Plaza in Wisconsin for $13.1 Million

Mid-America Real Estate Corp. has brokered the sale of Oak Pointe Plaza in Eau Claire for $13.1 million. Eau Claire, Wisconsin-based Menards Inc. purchased the 133,883-square-foot center. Oak Pointe Plaza is anchored by TJ Maxx, DSW, Ashley Furniture, OfficeMax and Hancock Fabrics. Rick Drogosz of Mid-America Real Estate Corp., in cooperation with Mark Robinson of Mid-America Real Estate – Minnesota LLC, were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of affiliates of Minneapolis-based Värde Partners.
