Oak Brook, Illinois-based Inland Real Estate Corp. purchased the 109,079-square-foot center for $24.66 million. Prairie Crossings Shopping Center includes tenants such as Bed Bath & Beyond, Sports Authority, Office Depot, Famous Footwear, Chipotle and Panera, and is shadow-anchored by Kohl’s. Ben Wineman and Carly Gallagher of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation were the exclusive brokers in the transaction on behalf of the seller, Beachwood, Ohio-based Chase Properties.
