Roanoke, Texas — Marcus & Millichap has brokered the sale of Roanoke Shopping Center, an 11,320-square-foot multi-tenant retail property located in Roanoke, approximately 30 miles northwest of Dallas. Built in 2009, the center is fully leased to Oak and Main, Inzo Italian Kitchen and Baja Cantina under triple-net leases. Philip Levy of Marcus & Millichap represented the seller and procured the buyer, both private investors. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
