Washington Township, N.J. — Two retailers will have grand openings in the spring of 2015.
NAI James E. Hanson has been hired as the leasing agent for the 109,544-square-foot Washington Town Center in Washington Township. Currently, eight retail units ranging from 1,310 square feet to 3,205 square feet are unoccupied. NAI Hanson sales associate Jill Gordon will lead marketing and leasing efforts. Two retailers will have grand openings in the spring of 2015. Current tenants include A&P, the U.S. Postal Service, PNC Bank, Bowtie Cinema, Subway, Dunkin’ Donuts, Dairy Queen and Rite Aid.
