Nine Property Portfolio Located in Tennessee and Alabama Sells for $19.6 Million

Huntsville, Ala. — Huntsville-based Coldwell Banker Commercial McLain Real Estate has arranged the sale of a nine-property portfolio of retail centers, office buildings and special-use buildings located in Tennessee and Alabama for $19.6 million.

Coldwell Banker Commercial McLain Real Estate represented the seller, and United County RealQuest Realty represented the buyer, both undisclosed, in the transaction.
