Temecula, Calif. — Pathfinder Partners LLC has acquired two retail centers in Temecula, which total 117,000 square feet, for a total purchase price of $18.5 million. C.W. Capital sold the 77,000-square-foot Bel Villaggio I and II for $12.75 million. Tenants at the property include Macaroni Grill, Navy Federal Credit Union, Cosi and Original Pancake House. Bel Villaggio III is a 40,000-square-foot center that includes Shogun Restaurant and REVE Salon & Spa. Torchlight Investors sold the center for $5.7 million. The properties are situated on 16 acres and feature 10 one-story buildings. Pathfinder is planning extensive renovations, including new awnings and signage, along with upgrades to the common area, parking lot and landscaping.
