PB Development Signs Eight Tenants for Phase II of Mixed-Use Development in Suburban Kansas City

Overland Park, Kan. — PB Development has signed eight new tenants for the second phase of Bluhawk, a mixed-use development located in the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park. Phase II of the project will include 160,000 square feet of retail, entertainment and dining space.

The first two tenants, Spavia Day Spa and JETSET Pilates, are expected to open this fall. In addition, L.L.Bean, Chicken Salad Chick, Brookside Barkery & Bath, Amorino, Everbowl and Bruú Café are anticipated to debut in summer 2027. Current tenants at the property include J.Crew Factory, Buckle, Barnes and Noble, Cosentino’s Market, T.J. Maxx, Ulta Beauty, Panera Bread and Five Guys. 

Phase II of Bluhawk is situated directly adjacent to the development’s 420,000-square-foot AdventHealth Sports Park.
