Progressive Real Estate Signs 21,500-Square-Foot Anchor Lease in Rancho Cucamonga, California

Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. — Progressive Real Estate Partners has signed a new anchor lease at an 80,000-square-foot neighborhood center located at the intersection of Baseline Road and Archibald Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga. Grocery Outlet will occupy 21,500 square feet on a 10-year lease, bringing the retail center to full occupancy.

The Grocery Outlet store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2026. Additional tenants at the center include US Bank, Dairy Queen and Savers Value Village.

Paul Su of Progressive marketed the property and represented the landlord in the transaction. Townsand Cropsey of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Grocery Outlet in the lease negotiations.
