Frisco and San Angelo, Texas — In two separate transactions, Quantum Capital has arranged $22.15 million in refinancing for two regional shopping centers located in Frisco and San Angelo.
Properties involved in the transactions include Frisco Plaza, a 62,500-square-foot retail center located in Frisco, and Sunset Plaza, a 90,000-square-foot regional power center located in San Angelo. Quantum secured a $12.9 million non-recourse permanent loan to replace the maturing debt on Frisco Plaza, and a $9.15 million permanent loan for Sunset Plaza. Both borrowers were Los Angeles-based investors. Tenants at Sunset Plaza include Target, Bed Bath & Beyond, Petco and Ross Dress for Less.
