Kemah, Texas — RealSource Group has arranged the $5.4 million sale of a single-tenant retail property located in Kemah, roughly 30 miles southeast of downtown Houston. Mister Car Wash occupies the 5,462-square-foot building, which was built in 2021, on a corporate guaranteed lease.
Austin Blodgett and Jonathan Schiffer of RealSource Group, in association with ParaSell Inc., represented the seller, a private investor based in Houston. Chase Cameron of Matthews Real Estate Investment Services represented the Southern California-based buyer.
Tucson, Arizona-based Mister Car Wash operates more than 550 locations nationwide and manages the largest car-wash subscription program in North America.
