Elkins and Summersville, W.Va. — Regency Properties has acquired three shopping centers in West Virginia totaling 319,194 square feet.
Acquisitions include Merchants Walk, a 145,127-square-foot retail center located in Summersville; Valley Pointe, a 118,379-square-foot shopping center in Elkins; and The Plantation, a 55,688-square-foot shopping center also located in Elkins. Merchants Walk is home to tenants including Dollar Tree, AT&T, Hibbett Sports, Peebles and Anytime Fitness.
Peebles anchors Valley Pointe, which is also home to tenants such as Mattress Warehouse, Game Stop, El Herradura and GNC. The tenant roster at The Plantation includes Dollar Tree, Anytime Fitness and Cricket Wireless. “We are thrilled to have closed on the West Virginia portfolio,” says Chris Folz, director of acquisitions for Regency Properties. “We are eager to increase our concentration in this area.”
