Rich Development Breaks Ground on Marketplace at El Paseo

Fresno, Calif. — The $60 million center will open in March 2014.

Fresno, Calif. — Rich Development, in partnership with Gryphon Capital and N3 Real Estate Partners, has broken ground on the 398,000-square-foot Marketplace at El Paseo in Fresno. The $60 million, Target-anchored project will open in March 2014. Overall, the center is 86 percent leased, while its anchor space is more than 95 percent leased to tenants Target, Ross Dress for Less, Petco, Burlington Coat Factory, Marshalls and Old Navy.
