San Francisco — RKF has arranged U.S. leases for Round One, a Japanese family-friendly entertainment center chain. The brand will open six new locations this year across the U.S.
Round One will have 11 locations nationally, with plans for eight more locations in 2016.
The new units — which range from 45,000 square feet to 80,000 square feet each — offer a mix of activities, such as karaoke, bowling, billiards, ping-pong, darts, as well as a food and beverage area.
Round One will open new locations in California, Washington, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, including Westfield Southcenter Mall in Seattle; Eastridge Shopping Center in San Jose, California; Main Place Mall in Santa Ana, California; Neshaminy Mall in Bensalem, Pennsylvania; and Silver City Galleria in Taunton, Massachusetts.
David Friedman, vice president of RKF’s San Francisco office, arranged all six leasing transactions on behalf of Round One. Round One currently operates more than 100 locations in Japan and five existing U.S. locations.
