Port St. Lucie, Fla. — GL Homes has signed leases with three new restaurant tenants at Riverland Town Center, the centerpiece of the 4,000-acre master-planned community of Riverland in Port St. Lucie. Ristorante Chef Luca Corleone will open mid-summer, while Pepe’s Cantina is targeting a late fall or early winter debut. Max & Louie’s New York Diner is scheduled to open during a future phase of the project, which will be the brand’s first Florida location. Additional tenants secured at the property include Chase Bank, Bank of America, Club Pilates and Heartland Dental.
The first phase of Riverland Town Center, which is anchored by Publix Super Market and its adjacent liquor store, opened in summer 2025. Other tenants at the property include Ace of Carts, Hair Benders Salon, Riverland Nail Boutique Spa and Live with Grace Animal Hospital.
Riverland is home to multiple 55+ active adult communities by GL Homes, including Valencia Grove, Valencia Cay, Valencia Walk, Valencia Parc and Valencia Vista.
