Los Angeles — Shapell Liberty Investment Properties has signed three new tenants to The Vineyards, a $150 million planned mixed-use development in Los Angeles’ Porter Ranch community.
AMC Theaters, Nordstrom Rack and Ulta Beauty will anchor the development, joining the previously announced Whole Foods Market. At full build-out, the open-air center will feature 335,000 square feet of commercial space, a Kaiser-Permanente medical office building, a 110-room hotel and a 226-unit apartment community. In addition, The Vineyards will feature a central green area that will host community events, a 4,000-square-foot community meeting room and sustainable features such as solar panels and a rainwater capture and reuse system. The development is scheduled to open in spring 2019. The apartment portion of the project is expected to open in 2020.
