SHOP Cos. Arranges Sales of Three Retail Centers Totaling 29,899 Square Feet in Texas

Aledo, Euless and Kaufman, Texas — SHOP Cos. has arranged the sale of three retail centers totaling 29,899 square feet in Texas. The first property, Aledo Retail Center, is located in Aledo, roughly 20 miles outside Fort Worth, and comprises 12,428 square feet. SHOP represented the seller, a Texas-based limited liability company. A private local investor acquired the center, which was fully leased at the time of sale. SHOP also represented the sellers of a three-tenant retail property and The Shops at Kings Fort, located in Euless and Kaufman, respectively. Pei Wei, My Eyelab and Floyd’s 99 Barbershop occupy the three-tenant property, which totals 6,708 square feet and is an outparcel to Glade Parks Towne Centre, a 194-acre mixed-use development. A local investor purchased the property from a Texas-based LLC. The Shops at Kings Fort features 10,763 square feet located within Kings Fort Market Center and was fully leased at the time of sale to tenants including T-Mobile, Wingstop, HTeaO and Integrity Urgent Care. A local developer sold the property to a local investor. The sales prices were not disclosed.
