Cumming, Ga. — JLL has signed four new tenants to join The Collection at Forsyth, a 565,000-square-foot open-air mixed-use lifestyle center located in Cumming. Build-A-Bear Workshop is already open at the property, while Rocket Fizz Soda Pop & Candy Shop are set to open by Halloween. Pickleball membership club The Picklr is scheduled to open in November. Aiea, Hawaii — JLL has signed leases with six new tenants at Aiea Shopping Center, a three-story, 104,500-square-foot neighborhood center in Aiea, roughly eight miles northwest of downtown Honolulu. C&S Bodywork MedSpa opened an 890-square-foot location in September, while retail concept Go Go Mix opened a 570-square-foot venue this month. Hurst, Texas ­­— JLL has negotiated a 20,000-square-foot lease for Vellix Adventure at Mayfair Village, a 230,778-square-foot shopping center located in Hurst, a suburb of Dallas. The new Sprouts store, which is scheduled to open in 2026, will occupy a portion of a former movie theater that closed last year.
