Rancho Cucamonga, Calif. — Progressive Real Estate Partners has signed a new anchor lease at an 80,000-square-foot neighborhood center located at the intersection of Baseline Road and Archibald Avenue in Rancho Cucamonga. Grocery Outlet will occupy 21,500 square feet on a 10-year lease, bringing the retail center to full occupancy. The Grocery Outlet store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2026. Contemporary Mexican restaurant Javier’s and New York-based fashion brand rag & bone are already open at the property. The recent openings coincided with the debut of the redesigned courtyard, which features a series of outdoor “rooms.” Meanwhile, various concepts such as Sundays, Monarch Athletic Club, Sockerbit and Thaim will launch in 2026. Jamestown to Provide Leasing for Sarasota Square Redevelopment in Florida

Sarasota, Fla. — Jamestown has been selected to provide leasing for Sarasota Square, a redevelopment of the former Sarasota Square mall, which will be transformed into an open-air lifestyle center. Chicago-based Torburn Partners received approval for the redevelopment plan in April 2024, and demolition of the indoor mall began in February 2025. The first retail building is currently under construction. Previously confirmed tenants at the project include Whole Foods Market, Homesense, CAVA, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Joe & The Juice and Charles Schwab.

Five New Retailers Sign Leases at North Riverside Park Mall in Suburban Chicago

North Riverside, Ill. — Five new retailers have signed leases to open at North Riverside Park Mall in the Chicago suburb of North Riverside. The leases, which include Canada Weather Gear, Lovisa Jewelry & Accessories, Boneyard Chicago, FLX Move Pilates and Hello Sweetie, bring the property to 96 percent occupancy. Most of the tenants are now open. The Feil Organization owns the 1.2 million-square-foot shopping center. Feil originally acquired the mall in 2004 and completed an $8 million capital improvement plan in November 2024.
