Gilbert, Ariz. — Scottsdale, Arizona-based Diversified Partners has opened Mercy Center, an 11-acre mixed-used development in Gilbert, approximately 22 miles southeast of Phoenix. A mix of retail and office tenants — Galleria Nails; Prizm Dental; Honoré Skin Clinic; Beem Light Sauna; Brickhouse Dental; and Willow Midwife — have already opened. East Brunswick, N.J. — Three new tenants have signed leases at Legacy Place, a mixed-use development in East Brunswick. Bonesse’s Tomato Apizza, H20 Henna Hues Organic and Kumon will occupy 3,010; 1,700; and 1,360 square feet at the property, respectively. CBRE to Manage, Lease 761,275-Square-Foot Shopping Center in El Centro, California

El Centro, Calif. — CBRE has been selected to provide leasing and management services for Imperial Valley Mall, a 761,275-square-foot shopping center located in El Centro. Tryperion Holdings, Peak Financial Partners and Duke Real Estate acquired the center earlier this month, with plans to invest in facility operations and improvements to the physical infrastructure of the building. Joe Yetter and John Stevens of CBRE will manage leasing efforts for the property. Opened in 2005, Imperial Valley Mall is anchored by Dillard’s, JCPenney, Macy’s and a Cinemark Theatre.

Hanley Arranges $5.9 Million Sale of Single-Tenant Retail Property in Torrance, California

Torrance, Calif. — Hanley Investment Group has arranged the $5.9 million sale of a newly-constructed, single-tenant property in Torrance, in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. Chipotle Mexican Grill occupies the building — which totals 3,570 square feet — on a 15-year, corporate guaranteed, triple-net lease. Bill Asher, Jeff Lefko and Sean Cox of Hanley represented the buyer, a Los Angeles-based private investor, in the all-cash transaction. Christopher Huddleston of The Sher Group represented the seller, a Los Angeles-based private investor.

Atlanta — Atlanta-based cheeseburger concept Smalls Sliders has signed a franchise agreement with operating group Indy Craves to open 15 new units, dubbed “Cans,” in Indiana. This marks the first multi-unit franchise deal in the state for the brand. Potential locations include Lafayette, Indianapolis, Kokomo, Fishers, Noblesville, Carmel, Muncie, Pendleton, Avon, Plainfield, Greenwood, Terre Haute, Bloomington and Columbus.
