Petaluma, Calif. — Bath & Body Works will open a 4,260-square-foot store at East Washington Place, a 343,000-square-foot shopping center located in Petaluma. Scheduled to open April 12, the store will be situated next to BevMo! Other tenants at the property include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Chipotle Mexican Grill, HomeGoods, PetSmart, Ulta Beauty, Target and T.J.Maxx.

Clinton Township, Mich. — Restaurant Andiamo Pasta & Chops has signed a 7,670-square-foot lease at The Mall at Partridge Creek, a 640,000-square-foot shopping center located in Clinton Township, roughly 25 miles outside Detroit. Scheduled to open this summer, the eatery will mark the first for the concept in the state. Spinoso Real Estate Group manages the shopping center, which is anchored by MJR Theaters. Powerhouse Gym is also scheduled to join the property as an anchor tenant in 2025.

San Diego — ULTA Beauty has signed a 12,000-square-foot lease at Rancho San Diego Towne Center, a shopping center located in San Diego. The store, which will be located near Crumbl Cookies and Star Nails, is scheduled to open later this month. Other tenants at the property include Albertsons, Staples, Target and Cold Stone Creamery.

White Plains, N.Y. — Apple Cinemas has signed an 80,000-square-foot lease at City Center in White Plains. The theater will offer stadium recliner seats, digital projection and sound and food-and-beverage options including burger concept BurgerFi. Don Mace of KeyPoint Partners represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Haymarket Village Center

Haymarket, Va. — Three new tenants have signed leases at Haymarket Village Center, a 256,856-square-foot retail center located in Haymarket, roughly 38 miles west of Washington, D.C. The leasing deals with Cin Dental (1,824 square feet), Nova Patient Care (1,600 square feet), and BeBop (1,575 square feet) bring the retail center to full occupancy. First National Realty Partners (FNRP) is the landlord. FNRP has also secured lease renewals with six existing tenants, including Divine Nail Spa, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Starbucks Coffee, Smoothie King, Sports Clips and Verizon.

Morrison-Yard_Charlotte-N.C

Charleston, S.C. — BODYROK has signed a lease to open a 1,800-square-foot fitness studio at Morrison Yard, a mixed-use development currently underway in Charleston. Scheduled to open this summer, this marks the 14th franchise location for the brand. The studio will offer classes featuring a fusion of Pilates, cardio and strength training. Woodfield Development is the developer and landlord of Morrison Yard, which will feature over 37,000 square feet of retail space upon completion, in addition to apartment units, office space, a hotel, public space and an event venue. Houston and Carrollton, Texas — Restaurant group Shoo Loong Kan has signed two leases in Texas, marking the first locations in the state for the group. Plans include a 6,213-square-foot restaurant at West on West in Houston, as well as a 6,330-square-foot restaurant in Carrollton. NewQuest Properties owns both properties. Michael Pittman II, Michael Burgower and Rachel Granstrom of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations.

Jericho, N.Y. — New York-based Kimco Realty has signed 19 new leases at its shopping center properties in Arizona. Scheduled to open this month and in April, Burlington and Five Below will occupy 30,000 and 10,787 square feet, respectively, at Christown Spectrum in Phoenix. PetWellClinic and Milano Nails Salon have also signed leases totaling 6,432 square feet at Madison Village Marketplace in Phoenix.
