Trademark Property Co. Plans to Break Ground on Mixed-Use Development in Cypress, Texas

Cypress, Texas — Fort Worth-based Trademark Property Co. plans to break ground on a mixed-use retail and restaurant district in the Dunham Pointe Development, a 1,300-acre master-planned community in the Houston suburb of Cypress. The Dunham Point Development will feature a mix of residential, office, retail and commercial facilities and have a total of 2,500 custom-built homes. The community will also include a public school.

The mixed-use portion of the project will total 205,000 square feet and span 25 acres. According to Trademark, 48 retail, dining and lifestyle tenants have submitted preliminary lease offers for the property.

Trademark is expected to begin construction of the retail and restaurant district in the fourth quarter of 2025 and openings are planned to start in early 2027. 

Dunham Pointe will join Trademark’s portfolio of Houston-area properties, which includes Market Street – Woodlands and LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch.
