Progressive Sells SoCal Shopping Center for $4.8 Million

San Dimas, Calif. – The center is 100 percent leased. 

San Dimas, Calif. – Progressive Real Estate Partners has sold a 21,016-square-foot shopping center for $4.8 million, or $226 per square foot. The seller was R & N Partners and the buyer was Homi Holdings, both based in Los Angeles. The shopping center, located on Arrow Hwy. at the southeast quadrant of Interstate 57, was built in 1988 and renovated in 2012. Tenants include Sears Appliance Center, Sherwin-Williams and T-Mobile.
