Los Angeles – According to developer McGregor Brown, Manhattan Beach, Calif.-based GROW Market will anchor The Yards at One Santa Fe, the shopping and dining community at the anticipated mixed-use project One Santa Fe in downtown Los Angeles. The 5,300-square-foot space will offer locally sourced produce, meats, prepared foods and groceries when it opens this fall. Family-owned and operated since 2006, GROW began as a fruit shop in Manhattan Beach before it began offering a wider selection.
Los Angeles-based Runyon Group is marketing and leasing the 45,000-square-foot Yards at One Santa Fe. More than half of the center’s square footage is currently under commitment with retail and restaurants. One Santa Fe is a joint development by McGregor Brown, Cowley Real Estate Partners and Polis Builders, Ltd. Canyon Capital Realty Advisors (Canyon Realty), through its Canyon-Johnson Urban Fund III, is a joint venture partner in One Santa Fe.
