Chicago – The AMC Dine-In Theatres at Block Thirty Seven will include 11 auditoriums, along with MacGuffin’s Bar & Lounge in the lobby.
Chicago – CIM Group and AMC Theatres have signed a lease to open a new AMC Dine-in Theatres location in Chicago at Block Thirty Seven, the five-story, 275,000-square-foot shopping, dining and entertainment project located at State and Randolph streets in Chicago’s Loop. The AMC Dine-In Theatres at Block Thirty Seven will include 11 auditoriums, along with MacGuffin’s Bar & Lounge in the lobby. It will occupy approximately 44,000 square feet on the third floor of Block Thirty Seven.
Scheduled to open by early 2016, AMC Dine-in Theatres at Block Thirty Seven will be the first AMC in Chicago to offer the Cinema Suites concept, aimed at adults at least 18 years old and which features reserved seating in plush recliners with individual swivel tables for in-theater dining, as well as cocktails for guests who are 21 years and older. At patron request, a server arrives to take orders from the menu of appetizers, entrees and desserts; a selection of cocktails, wine and beer; as well as sodas and other non-alcoholic drinks.
