Three New Tenants Join Pier Village Shopping Center in Eastern New Jersey

Long Branch, N.J. — Three new tenants will join the roster at The Shops at Pier Village, a retail center comprising over 140,000 square feet in Long Branch. Lifestyle brand Salt Life will occupy 3,453 square feet; beauty retailer Strand Salon will lease 5,000 square feet; and healthcare concept Remedy Realm will take over 1,729 square feet. Each of the businesses is scheduled to open by spring of 2023. Ryan Starkman of Pierson Commercial arranged the leases on behalf of Kushner, which acquired the center in 2014. Other tenants at the property — which is now 92 percent leased — include Molly and Zoey, Doggie Sweets, Gold’s Gym, Kahuna Burger, aXd by Alba, Art of Salad, Baldy Art Gallery, Simply Greek and Avenue Le Club.
