Enosburg Falls, Vt. and Somersworth, N.H. — Two Tractor Supply Co. Stores comprising 19,097 square feet each have opened in Vermont and New Hampshire. The two stores also each feature 20,000 square feet of outdoor display, retail and garden space.
Subsidiaries of New England Retail Properties — both owned and headed by chief executive officer Matt Halprin — have completed the ground-up development of the two properties, following six months of construction. Located in Enosburg Falls, the Vermont store was developed by Enosburg Development Partners LLC. Somersworth Development Partners LLC developed the New Hampshire property, which is located in Somersworth.
Matt Krokov of Peoples Bank handled financing for the projects, and Tom Moriarty of Moriarty, Paetzold & Sherwood P.C. provided legal counsel. WR Newman served as general contractor for both developments; Glen Oxford of Oxford Architecture was architect. Steve McLarty of Coastland Enterprises acted as site contractor for the Vermont store, and Steve Wright of NASS was site contractor for the New Hampshire store. Matt Darling of Palm Coast Capital acted as construction coordinator, and Jim Cassidy of Hallisey, Pearson and Cassidy Engineering handled civil engineering for the New Hampshire site.
