WOODSTOCK, Ga. — Several retailers secured for outlets opening in 2013.
The Outlet Shoppes at AtlantaWOODSTOCK, Ga. — Horizon Group Properties and CBL & Associates Properties are beginning construction on a new outlet center in Woodstock, outside Atlanta on a newly constructed exit of I-575.
The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta will open in August 2013 and are expected to draw more than 4 million visitors per year, from a three-state area. Annual sales are expected to be near $130 million, and the city of Woodstock stands to gain $3 million of annual sales and property tax.
Tenants include Nike, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th, Brooks Brothers, White House | Black Market, Guess, Michael Kors, Le Creuset, Talbots, Puma, Converse, Carters and more.
The center will feature covered walkways and landscaped courtyards, a children’s play area and a center court with fountains and a fireplace. The site will also have an additional 30,000 square feet of outlet shops and eight out-lots for restaurant and other uses.
