New York — O’Connor Capital Partners and Wafra Investment Advisory Group, via the O’Connor/Wafra Retail Partners, have acquired a joint-venture interest in The Promenade at Chenal, a 237,066-square-foot, open-air lifestyle center in Little Rock, Ark., that is anchored by Apple, J. Crew, DSW, Anthropologie and Chenal Cinema and is reporting many of these retailers are “first and only” tenants in the state.
O,Connor and Wafra, on behalf of O’Connor/Real Vest Retail Holding Company also acquired the ownership interest in phase two of Settlers Ridge in Pittsburgh after acquiring the ownership in phase one. Phase two is a 94,603-square-foot open-air center that is 100 percent leased to Ross Dress for Less, Michaels, Ulta and more. Phase one is a 400,000-square-foot regional shopping center with a Giant Eagle Market District, REI, P.F. Chang’s and a 16-screen cinema.
