Ziff Properties Sells Greenwood Commons for $2.36 Million

Greenwood, S.C. — Ziff Properties Inc. has sold Greenwood Commons, a 16,144-square-foot shopping center located in Greenwood, for $2.36 million to R.W.G & C.P.G. Investments L.P.

Steve Collins, Ryan McArdle and David Rivers of Blanchard & Calhoun Commercial represented Ziff Properties in the transaction.
