Earth Fare to Open First Location in Atlanta

Atlanta — Earth Fare, a specialty organic and natural foods grocery store, will open a 24,782-square-foot space at Emory Point, a mixed-use development located in the Druid Hills neighborhood of Atlanta on July 8.

The store will feature a 50-seat, indoor/outdoor café. Ray Uttenhove, Steve Gunning and Sarah Williams of SRS Real Estate Partners represented Earth Fare, and Darryl Bonner with Cousins Properties represented the landlord in the transaction.
