Ziff Properties Acquires Matthews Festival Shopping Center for $8.1 Million

Matthews, N.C. — Ziff Properties Inc. has acquired Matthews Festival Shopping Center, a 127,817-square-foot retail center located in Matthews, for $8.1 million.

Tenants at the center include Big Lots, Miracle Ear, Springleaf Financial, Merle Norman Cosmetics and Tequilerias and Tamarind Fine Cuisine of India. Bryan Wyker of The Providence Group represented Ziff Properties in the acquisition and will continue to work on repositioning efforts for the center alongside Alex Kelly of Tribek Properties.
