Lexington, Ky. — The Palomar Group has facilitated the sale of North Park Marketplace, a 46,647-square-foot retail center located in Lexington. Ross Dress for Less anchors the property, which was 97 percent leased at the time of sale. Additional tenants include Rainbow Southeast Leasing, GameStop, Domino’s Pizza, Sally Beauty Supply and Sprint. An Arby’s outparcel is also located at the site. Steve Collins of The Palomar Group represented the seller, an affiliate of Yale Realty Services, in the transaction. The buyer was a Delaware Statutory Trust investor group.
