New York City — Colicchio Consulting will open New York City’s first official Central Perk Coffeehouse in Times Square at the corner of 47th Street and 7th Avenue. Scheduled to open in late 2025, Central Perk invites locals, tourists and “Friends” superfans to step into a modern, updated version of one of television’s most beloved gathering spots.
Warner Bros. Discovery owns the building in partnership with the coffeehouse’s operating company, CenPer Holdings LLC, and Times Square Alliance. The development of the space was managed by Colicchio Consulting, which introduced the concept to the building’s ownership in June 2025. Cushman & Wakefield’s retail team handled property owner documentation services.
Set in the heart of Times Square, Central Perk’s layout includes the cozy Orange Couch Room inspired by the show. Guests can also sample Central Perk’s six original coffee blends in an array of preparations and purchase original merchandise available only at the Times Square Central Perk location.
