New Bedford, Mass. — A private real estate investor has acquired Fieldstone Marketplace, a 192,003-square-foot shopping center located in New Bedford, for $12.2 million. Restaurant Depot and Ollie’s Bargain Outlet anchor the property, which was recently renovated. Other tenants at the center include Golden Star Chinese Restaurant, Dunkin’, Dollar Tree and Sally Beauty Supply, according to LoopNet Inc. Fieldstone Marketplace was originally built in 1988 on nearly 25 acres. Nat Heald, Connor Scott and Jordana Roet of CBRE’s National Retail Partners team procured the buyer and represented the seller in the transaction.
