Frisco, Texas — The Karahan Cos. has signed leases with 10 new tenants at Fields West, a 55-acre mixed-use development located within the 2,500-acre master-planned community of The Fields in Frisco. Retailers include Crate & Barrel, Culinary Dropout, Design Within Reach, Face Foundrie, Gorjana, Landry Kate, North Italia, Maman, TravisMathew and U MedSpa. Additional retailers such as Bloomies, Alo Yoga, Arhaus, Kendra Scott, Pottery Barn, Sephora and Williams Sonoma were previously confirmed at the property, which is now currently 70 percent preleased.
Fields West secured a $425 million construction loan and broke ground earlier this year. The project’s completion is scheduled to occur over a sequenced period, with the initial openings in late 2027 and full buildout extending into 2028. Dallas-based SHOP Cos. is handling leasing for the project.
Once completed, Fields West will offer 360,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space, as well as 350,000 square feet of office space. Columbus Realty Partners is also developing 1,150 luxury apartments, which will be located above the restaurant and retail space.
